All products sold by carguru.com.au are brand new and are manufactured to meet the highest industry standards. All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Any discrepancy, including wrong items or missing items, should be reported to carguru.com.au within 24 hours. Because of the nature of the Internet, online ordering your purchase from carguru.com.au acknowledges that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your items when they arrive. If you notice any damage please send photos and email them to us at info@carguru.com.au. All of our products are packaged securely, but in the off event that it is damaged from weather or transportation, please let us know immediately.

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you'll receive a confirmation via email. This means that we have received your order, and have pre-authorised your credit card in the process. Our warehouse will confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment to you. All orders received before 12:00PM will be shipped out on the same day for delivery.

Order Shipment

Once your order has left our warehouse, our system will send you tracking information within 24 hours to the email address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive this information from us within two days, please feel free to followup with us at info@carguru.com.au or 0403 295 319 .

Return Policy

You may return the item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided that the product is unused and the packaging containing the goods is not damaged. We do not refund the shipping cost. We'll pay shipping costs if it's our error for eg. incorrect color.
